Creta Kano has a "woe-is-me" type of thinking. No matter if she feels pain, or is filled with numbness there is a negativity that she finds and from that negativity suicidal apprehensions develop. She is projected as "light and airy" which is a symbol to freedom, but she is strapped down by death. She is scared of being free and therefore she wishes to die.
